Bog Standard: Wimbledon O’Neils
It’s taken me this long to add another Bog Standard post for a variety of reasons. Taking pictures of girls outfits in the ladies loos can be embarrassing. You’ve got to find a way of approaching someone without looking like a loon. Things get worse. When carrying out Operation:Bog Standard, one must also take part in the evening festivities so as not to look out of place. This means I often get a little tipsy in my search for street style gurus. This can lead to me having a bit too much fun, hence forgetting to take any pictures all together.
Alas, I have dug out a couple of pictures from a night out in Wimbledon with a couple of mates. I managed to get one picture that night. Feeling desperate i ended up taking more pictures of me and my friends. Ah well, at least it proves I’m willing to show off in the bogs too!

- Katie here is wearing a fantastic floral number from Mango
The lovely Katie is wearing a fantastic floral number from Mango. She keeps her accessories simple to let the dress shine through. You can’t really see her shoes in this picture (this goes back to what i was saying about getting a bit too tipsy to take pictures) but they’re from New Look and do a great job of lengthening those pins. I did remember to ask Katie what would be on her iPod if i were to press play…but she couldn’t remember so told me to say Kings of Leon, “that’ll do nicely” I said!

- My lovely friend Marina hugging a hand-dryer
My lovely friend Marina, pulling that rather sultry pose, is wearing a beautiful petrol blue dress from Topshop and a necklace from Topshop’s Unique collection. That little suit jacket from Hennes’ Pink Label is made all the more fabulous by accessorising it with that Lambswool stole from House of Fraser. Her belt and bangles are all from various vintage shops and the furry little evening bag can be found in House of Fraser.

- It was all or nothing…the pose made me feel like less of a twat at the time!
Yep, that’s me in a Topshop dress that i seem to be surgically attached to at the moment. It can be worn as a top (as seen here) or in it’s full glory as a dress with leggings if you’re a pale lady like me, or bare legs if you’re lucky!! Worn with my favourite H&M skirt which can be paired with almost anything. And those shoes, another staple of mine, are from peacocks would you believe (£3 they were!). All brought together with a House of Fraser bag, some green tights from Primarni, oh and earrings from the market!
